Recent censorship

Postby Admin » 02 Jan 2010, 17:39

Just a brief note to let you all know that the discussion on what The Shadows do in their spare time was neither censored as a subject or closed.

One comment was inadvertently made containing content of a personal nature that is known would cause offence to a member of The Shadows and it was, therefore, removed urgently before that member had a chance to see it.

The ensuing discussion was about censorship and I took it off line since it had nothing to do with the subject of the thread.

ShadowMusic remains uncensored in as much as members are free to use the site as they see fit subject to the rules posted in the welcome section. No post has or will ever be moderated in any way unless it is absolutely necessary. I trust we can all agree that a post of a personal nature that would be offensive to a member of The Shadows should not have been allowed to remain.

So "Can't stick the bloke at any price, He always has been a self centered big head. He seems obsessed about getting a No.1 all the time. Well, sorry mate, you have had your day, Time to move over" is deemed not to cause offence to Cliff Richard? Or you just don't care about that?
