Columbia label

Earlier today i was watching a documentary on Talking Pictures showing how vinyl records were made back in 1961. Some nice shots of Norrie at Abbey Road however it showed a disc jockey playing a Columbia 45 and it was a light blue label, i've never seen this before, was this in existence or am i incorrect?
Was light blue back then the HMV label?

There is quite an impressive range of label colours over the years...

Thanks for that. Didn't realise they had so many variations, i thought it was just green/silver then black/silver later on.
