It's no use just sending me an anonymous email saying "I can't log in" because I won't know who you are.

I need to know your username and password so I can find out what's gone wrong.

Passwords are protected and it is impossible to look them up by anything or anyone so I can't tell you what your password is / was. I can change it if you want me to because you've forgotten it.
