Adele's "Don't you remember" for Shadows treatment?

Postby Uncleboko » 02 May 2011, 10:30

I've just listened to a Dutch radio broadcast of her recent Amsterdam gig and thought that this would be such a wonderful tune to play Shadows style. I would warn anyone going to see her with children however, that her on stage banter is disgusting, and I am surprised that Dutch radio allowed it!!

No. I like Adele but she's a bit of a one trick pony (IMO only) and I can't see anything in this track that would make me think its got enough of a "hook" to work as an Instro. Its full of angst as a vocal but that doesnt translate necessarily when it becomes just the tune.
Now, someone will prove me completely wrong - which is as it should be. :D
cheers
