I'd like to add my best wishes for a full recovery Jay - take it easy and enjoy this lovely weather while you are recuperating.

Glad you're back home Jay.

You should be 100% fine and feeling a lot better than you were before when everything is settled. However, please don't underestimate the time it takes for the body to recover from these things, even for a tough young fella like yourself. I did a gig (as you do) rather too soon after I got over shingles (which I know is very different) and had to play sitting down throughout while the lads carried my gear before and after.

Take care mate!
