HELP!!CHORDS NEEDED-SMOKIE BLUES AWAY - DVORZAK

Its not often I call for HELP but I have been given the Challenge to play the main theme of Dvorzaks New World Symphony "Largo" (aka Smokie Blues Away by Sutherland Brothers) at a posh "Do" and some of the chords are beating me when I try to make the BT.
Its played orchestrally in Db but I'd play it in C (cries of "cheat"!!).
Does anyone have the chords. Its summat like
C2/C / Am / Dm, / G7
C / ??? / dm / G7
F / Em / F /Em etc etc.
What are the subtle chords used?
All and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Google "Going home" Dvorak chords and you'll find it - though you may have to transpose...

That ?? chord turned out to be Caug - my other chords were wrong too.
