Ecca, hope you recover soon mate. I had my knee done 5 weeks ago under spinal anaesthesia (cartilage repair though not knee replacement)
Isn't it great when the pain goes away?

Keith there are some great videos on Youtube by doctors and physios showing exercises to relieve sciatic pain.

Jimbo glad you're well enough to get about again. Your fly pie has been ordered
