When was this photo taken?

I think the photo is reversed as Hank's hair seems to be combed the reverse way and I think their shirts are buttoned the wrong way round...

I dont know Donna but it looks like they have fallen out with Hank

Certainly, Hank and John were reported not to be getting on too well towards the breakup in 1968!

Not sure if the image has been reversed or not!

I suspect the problem lay with John in the context of the relationship.

I have seen shots from that session before - and I'd be fairly confident that they are from the spring/summer of 1965.

This would have been at what were then ATV's Elstree TV studios during the making of a series of several Cliff Richard / Shadows television spectaculars which were shown that summer (all of which still exist in the Carlton Television archive).

As for some of the others, I do sincerely appreciate your taking the time to read my post and to reply. However, I must say I am extremely disheartened that such an innocent question would evoke gossip about Hank and John (who is deceased!) possibly not getting along. That is shameful and I want no part of it.
