Malcolm Campbell's Shadows website

I've just been revisiting Malcolm's web pages, not having been there for a while...

http://www.malcolmcampbell.me.uk/

If you missed out on some of Malcolm's excellent books, three of them are now available for download as PDF files, free of charge. As a bonus, photographs which were in black & white in the books have been reproduced in colour. (Several of Malcolm's books are still available in hard copy, of course, either direct or via Leo's Den).

In addition, Paul Rumbol has updated his findings on the Cliff / Shads recordings for Radio Luxembourg, and added an absolutely fascinating interview with Alan Bailey, who was a sound engineer for RL and recorded many of their shows in the early 60s.

Well worth a look.

The Luxembourg material looks very appetizing - I'll give it closer inspection later.

Martin.
