I always thought that this is a great bit of playing by all concerned, I guess it's Hank moving forward and there's nothing wrong with that. The only issue would be it's commercial value because there's a limited market for this kind of stuff, but it is still excellent, some call it jazz.

Did you go to all of Hanks solo tours Bob? i only went to his final tour in 2002, only just started getting back into playing.

got DVD it is one of my favorite periods with Hanks music .. I went and saw him at Wolverhampton Civic Hall and I thought the sound was great and loud too.. I think this tour was on the back of the Heartbeat album again another of my favourites.
