Burns Jazz - don't often see them in white though..usually in burst finishes. I would think there were more of these sold in the 60s than the Marvin.


There's one for sale (in white, with black scratchplates) in George Gruhn's shop right now. However, it's a transition Baldwin with the "Burns" part of the logo excised and a "Baldwin" inlaid in its place ($1250.00, if I recall correctly).

Here's a picture of that Burns/Baldwin Jazz model (I couldn't get a decent shot of it because there was a window right beside it, letting a constant stream of sunlight and foiling all attempts to gain contrast).
