Following the recent question on Radio 4's Round Britain Quiz featuring Shadows titles which was guessed correctly by the contestants up popped this on Only Connect this week on BBC4 http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01nrltn/Only_Connect_Series_6_Teachers_vs_Scribes/. The connecting wall appears at 22:06. Unfortunately these contestants don't appear to have even heard of The Shadows

Yes, just watched it. It's frustrating when you know something and the other folks don't. I'm continually shouting at the TV when Pointless is on for this very reason. Funnily enough, about a year ago they asked for hits by Cliff Richard, which I of course could have probably found many pointless answers. The contestants came up with all the usual suspects, e.g. The Young Ones, Summer Holiday, etc. plus the usual more recent hits from his renaissance period of the mid-seventies but nothing of the likes of, say, Nine Times Out of Ten, or Fall In Love With You...

...and of course Geronimo could have fallen into two different categories - was that intentional? I have seen Only Connect before but I'm guessing that's the way it works, where some words can fit into more than one category...

At least the lady, quite unknowingly, described Foot Tapper, as possibly a 'cheerful tune'!
