Agree with Jim - it was excellent!
About the time Brian Locking made an appearance a Bert Weedon recording was played in the background - I think it was "Johnny Gigolo". Can anyone confirm what it was?

Yep, indeed! The title is actually Jolly Gigolo, first issued on Parlophone R 4315 (78/45rpm) in May, 1957.
