Hi everyone (my first post :) - this is an incidental music question which I'm hoping someone might know...

I just watched episode 9 of series 10 (where Sasha is introduced), and there is a short scene where Dan Griffin arrives home and talks with Holly. He puts on some music - some subdued jazz trumpet - which had a lot of promise for a more extended listen.

Big question...would anyone know what that music is called, performed by whom? Or, how I might find out?

Cheers,
Mark

My suggestion is that ALL of the music in New Tricks is probably composed and performed by Warren Bennett and/or his collected band. I don't know this for sure but bearing in mind his proficiency as a composer and arranger, and the way things are generally done, I suspect that this IS the case. You COULD try contacting his agent, Amanda Street at DNA Music Ltd. She is lovely and very friendly and helpful and I'm sure will clear this mystery up if she can.
