If this was a song festival, did the Shadows enter it and if so what was the entry?.

13.- 16. June 1968
The Shadows: Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch, John Rostill, Brian Bennett

The Shadows deputised for Cliff Richard on the Bratislava Song Festival >Lira 68<

(Along with Julie Driscoll and Brian Auger, Cliff is due to represent Britain in the Czechoslovakian Festival of Pop Songs- Bratislava Lyra, ‚68. Gene Pitney represents the United States, Massiel represents Spain, and the Commonwealth is represented by the Easybeats. Due to an upset stomach, Cliff pulls out of the festival at last minute.
As a result, rumours as to the reason for his absence are rife; one claims that he has been killed in a car crash and another that he is suffering from appendicities…The Complete Chronicle page 134)

Hmm, the original version slowed down... if only Bruce's Burns, in particular, could produce a rhythm sound like that! ;)
