Is it me losing the plot but if there are CD labels and sleeve notes for the CD, why no CD??
Was it issued in Oz (say) and has to be imported?
Maybe its this Whitley Bay sunshine!!

Hi Ian,
The CD is only for sale at Hank's concerts. In New Zealand the CDs were in a normal jewel case (where my scans are originating from). In Australia there were CDs in digipak format for sale. Scans of those have been posted on this site some time ago.
It looks as if Hank has not found distributor for physical CDs regarding his conditions.

We may see the odd copy pop upon ebay from time to time but they're likely to be quite pricey.
This could be as rare as the original Live at the Coliseum EP!
