guitar signature

Hi folks, many years ago a guy in the U.K. made a guitar signature for me. It was a red stratocaster spelling out my name Scott, I was wondering if anyone out there knows how he did it as one of my friends would like his name the same way. Is it a program? and if so where can I buy it. Have a Merry Christmas everyone. Scott

I imagine a customised piece of artwork like that would be the work of a good graphic designer/artist/illustrator, Scott, and not a computer programme.
