Wild Cats

Hello everyone. Would it be a fair assumption that Brian Bennett plays on all of Marty Wilde's hits along with the Wild Cats? Or just some of them?

Brian Bennett and Brian Locking play only on a few of Marty's recordings:
A Teenager In Love b/w Danny (PB.926, 7" and 10", May 1959)
Sea Of Love b/w Teenage Tears (PB.959 7" and 10", September 1959)
WILDE ABOUT MARTY (LP BBL.7342, September 1959)
Down The Line - Love Of My Life - Put Me Down - Blue Moon Of Kentucky - Dream Lover - You’ve Got Love - I Flipped - All American Boy - Mean Woman Blues - Are You Sincere? - High School Confidential - Don’t Pity Me - Splish Splash - So Glad You’re Mine
Bad Boy b/w It’s Been Nice (PB.972, 7" and 10", December 1959)
My Heart And I (flipside of PB.1002, 7" and 10”?, March 1960, released when they had already parted with this line-up of the Wild Cats)

I think they played on a few more recordings, especially thinking of Marty's version of "Rubber Ball" mentioned in the Story of the Shadows book.

I am sorry, but I am not with you this time. The above list of tracks which Brian Bennett & Brian Locking recorded when in Marty Wilde's Wild Cats has been confirmed to me by Brian Locking when I talked with him about his pre-Shadows recordings.
Additionally: The Wild Cats (with both Brians) stopped working for Marty Wilde in early 1960 and "Rubber Ball" was released in January 1961. It is quite unlikely that this track was held back that long.

I always find it amusing that, for a while (in 62/63), the Shadows were in fact half Wildcats/Krewcats! :-)
