My 'Shadowing Hank' act full debut: 4th February

Hi folks..

You might remember that back in the summer I announced a solo Hank Marvin tribute act which I have developed and and produced for the tribute circuit, with an accompanying promotional video (which is already a little out of date due to alterations and improvements in the appearance and presentation). At the beginning of November I performed at the National Tribute Showcase in Blackpool to a great reception.

The first full public performance has been announced and is selling well. Tickets are expected to sell out before the end of the week, and some people are travelling quite some distance to attend.

This date was booked at short notice so I have a busy few days ahead of me as I decide on the final technical aspects and edit and customise backing tracks! I'm not sure if my giant, red, ex-BBC Strat will be ready in time!

It will be a 'feature-length' concert; sound-alike and look-alike; instrumental and vocal. In my 'Shadowing Hank' show I strive to capture the essence and magic of Hank Marvin's solo tours, and I also include material that at one time or another The Shadows featured in their performances.

The show is 4th February at the Ritz, Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset. Tickets are £7 (unless you're a member of the Ritz Club). To book call 01278 785365.
