Hi Neil,

Just to make it clear that the Double DVD was produced by SSC as special memento for the people who attended and participated in the show back in November and is not intended for general sale.

Hi Ivo

The Local Heroes line up at the SSC gig last November was Barry Gibson, Daniel Martin, Alan Jones, Cliff Hall and Clem Cattini. They were joined by Brian Licorice Locking for a few numbers. Great stuff! :D

It's whatever Barry Gibson says it is. It can and does vary. It's his enterprise and he engages players for gigs and recordings.

The only difference with the line-up of 1997 is Daniel Martin on lead and rhythm guitar instead of Phil Kelly.

That's right. But on the "Two..." and "Three of our Shadows are Missing" CDs, the Local Heroes line-ups were different again.

Hi Iain,

And the players will be a bit different again for the Surrey Shadows Club sponsored The Local Heroes show in December. Read a future Newsletter for details.

Cheers,

Wasn't there someone else guesting on rhythm? Barry called out to the audience for "Bruce" and this guy came up, strapped on a white Marvin and played FBI. He was very good - must have played it before in the past . . . .
