Bob is right - there was a thread about this album some time ago - in fact, it was over a year ago (judging from the system dates on some of the files). The album was cited on Spotify and was called "Dance On" by "The Shadows", though it later transpired that it should have been "The Shadows" by "Dance On".

The comparisons with cheap contemporary covers in the 1960s are unfair. These recordings are actually quite masterly - how many of us could play Shindig like that?
