Had a pleasant surprise driving around to my local shops c. 8.00pm. Quite by chance I turned on the car radio. The Radio Berkshire slot was being covered (South East) by Roger 'Twiggy' Day's show. Well, blow me down, a lovely 73rd birthday tribute to 'The Guvnor'. Roger spoke very fondly about Jet & the Shads as he played "Scarlett O'Hara", "The Frightened City" (refs to Jet's bass lines) and "Chills And Fever". Lovely memories of Jet.

The famous bass intro & ending to Living Doll, helped make that record.

Remebered fondly by so many.
You can't ask for much more than that.

I remember as a fledgling bassist being so impressed by the bass on Nivram.
