Many thanks to everyone who helped arrange this event (its 4 miles from where i live !!) . Its not as big as Lakeside, but I've had some great times there in my youth (Jimi Hendrix played there with local group The Californians !!)

Of course Barry! Have a look on the 'Venue' page, towards the bottom are links to all the nearby hotels. http://www.shadowsfix.co.uk/venue.html

Just to stipulate, the hotel next to the venue is not part of the Kingfisher Country Club where we're holding the event. They're run by entirely different companies but are located on the same complex.

Hope that helps?

The next nearest is the Travelodge at Kingswinford (0.6 of a mile away).

It's a handy distance away but £30 ?
It's as good a time at the Hankies for free.

C'mon Ecca, what does 30 quid get you these days? I would guess that the expenses for the bands will eat up most of that. It'll cost me more on travel expenses than the combined cost of the show and accomodation, but it'll be worth it getting a chance to meet up again.

Come on Ecca... You'll save more than £30 in not travelling to Lakeside... ;)
