Just back from a weekend break and had a listen to the Youtube clip. The first thing to say is that Marvin R. may be singing live, but the backing is surely a track (no lead on the guitar, no mics on the drums etc). There's also a piano and and an acoustic rhythm guitar in the mix (from the house band presumably). Like so many 'live' TV performances, what you see on the screen is for the convenience of the production rather than as a true guide to 'who played what'.

No question that there are other, invisible players involved, apart from the pianist, including tenor sax and additional acoustic rhythm - not sure how audible Rainwater's guitar is (if at all) - but there is an amp behind Denny Wright (?), although probably there for purely visual effect!
