'Can't Play Your Game' ranks with me as one of their worst ever tracks, indeed i don't think many compete with it for the bottom position, probably held tightly by Mrs Bell though.

Not while Sailing and a good half of the "Simply Shadows" album still exist!

I guess it's all down to personal taste. I heard most of the 1980's albums first, before I heard any from the 1960's and 1970's. Because of this, I have very fond memories of the 1980's albums and through them, I also got to know the music of the original artists of which The Shadows made an instrumental version. I have a vague memory of my father playing the "Simply...Shadows" album, when he had just bought it in late 1987 or early 1988. I can clearly remember hearing it in full in the Spring of 1992 and listening to it many times during that year, especially during the summer holiday. I had recorded it on a Maxell 90 minutes cassette, together with the first seven or eight tracks from the "String Of Hits" album. Also, listening to "Steppin' To The Shadows" brings me right back to the Spring and Summer of 1989. Very good memories.
