Hello all

If my memory serves me well, didn't Wonderful Land & Nut Rocker share the Number one spot for one week in 1962? I'm sure that someone on the site will confirm this (or not).

Yes, it was hugely enjoyable but - as has been mentioned elsewhere - was far too short to do justice to Hank's 50+ year career. He is so much more than the records they played snippets of, great though they are. Singer, songwriter, MWF...etc.
Also, I would have thought they might have made reference to the fact that Hank wrote and sang a tribute to Jimmy Page ("Go, Jimmy") on his Words and Music LP...even though it's perhaps not one of his best songs!!
