It turned out that they were all dyslexic and thought it was a "Screw Fix" convention.

For my sins (and to fund my collection of guitars and gear), I worked in the ScrewFix call centre... for far too long. Once, as I was wrapping up a call I asked the customer the required, standard question:

Me: "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

Customer: "Got any grubby girls?"

Me: "Er, no."

Customer: "Oh, so you can't fix a screw, then."

I'll get me coat. Once again, thanks for all the compliments. Forget next year; shall we do it all again next week?
