You are indeed correct about Eric Bell, I stand corrected!
In my defence I would say that I was always under the impression that Gary Moore was their guitarist during the 1970's. However, following your post, I checked up on the history in Wikipedia only to be truly amazed by the frequent personnel changes.

I still think that Gary was an absolute genius. Perhaps I should have cited Parisian Walkways instead! Sorry!
