Absolutely correct. I (and the rest of our band) have seen a recent video of this group. At this particular show, the music was amateurishly played, to say the least. The presentation on stage was ragged. The Shadows' steps, choreography etc. could not have been worse.
Honestly, if anyone doubts that these adverse comments are true - GO AND SEE THEM YOURSELF!
The members of our band are always only too happy to go out and support other Shadows music groups who work hard to produce a good show but in this case.....
P.S. A Challenge - why don't they come along to a club meeting sometime and show us all just how good they really are!? Give us a good show and I'd be the first to eat my words. The next Surrey club meeting is on 15th April.... I look forward to seeing them there. Just a couple of standards would be cool - APACHE and DANCE ON for starters?
