Thanks for this amazing link.
Never thought I'd see it but there's a picture of Jet playing a violin bass.

Hi Tonio and Iain,

Not to detract from the other pictures, the bass looks like a Hofner (perhaps early pick ups).
"Oscar" may be a clue.
Is that a surprised Oscar sitting next to Jet ?
Tonio a PM is on it's way.

Regards, Luigi

All very interesting. Oscar means nothing to me (sorry). Was / is he a well - known player in Europe? Looking at Jet in this pic, I would guess that this was taken either shortly after he quit the Shadows or during the Jet & Tony period.

Bests.....Rob :D

LOL. The guy in the photo watching Jet seems amazed that he is playing a violin-style bass.

Hi Everyone

The guy with Jet is Oscar Rexhauser. Here's a link with some more info about their meeting: http://indorock.home.xs4all.nl/oscarrexhauser.htm

Best wishes
Audrey

Thanks Audrey. Can any of our Dutch friends translate what it says under the picture of Jet and the Hofner bass?
