Albums Missing From My Collection
Hi,
I'm trying to find the following albums to complete my collection of Shadows vynil albums: -
Out Of The Shadows (Australia) (SCXO 3449)
The Shadows VIP (Belgium) (4C052-04502)
Rockin' With Curly Leads (Canada) (ST 6408)
The Shadows (Chile) (LDC 36396)
The Shadows Grandes Exitos (Chile) (LDC 36383)
The Fantastic Shadows (Greece) 33GSX 1003)
Lo Mejor De Lo Mejore (Mexico) (POP 642)
Grandes Hits (Mexico) (POP 371)
Perfidia With The Shadows (Mexico) (MUSART D 1044)
Does anyone have these they would be willing to sell?
I've been collecting since 1970 when I bought my first Shadows album (Walkin' With The Shadows) for 19/11 (old money) or 99p (new money). Since then I have trawled record fairs, record collector and Ebay slowly building up my collection. According to John Panteny's web site those albums above are the only vynil albums I am missing from the worldwide discography.
I don't collect CD's although I do have one of every UK release and a few foreign pressings. CD sleeves hold no appeal for me. The vynil albums came with colourful sleeves with accompaying notes in languages I didn't understand and they just had that special magic.
Thanks in anticipation
Regards
Paul
