Hi Terry, Frank & the Gang!

Blimey, has a month gone round already?! At the risk of a deluge of sight reading, what is my bass homework for this coming week then?

See you all on sunday.

Hi Mark
Try 36-24-36, its in the key of C, I'll ask Kev to learn the chords, also Big Boy, and My Resistance is Low if you don't know them already.

Cheers

Hi Frank,

Unfortunately due to storms and winds beyond his control, Dave our singer aint gonna make it tomorrow, I think he has some repairs to see too urgently! This means we are a bit light on the singing front, so if you two can warm up your vocal chords for tomorrow, we'll need all the help we can get. Will have to get Dawn and the L.B.D.B girls up doing some backing vocals, mate! ;)

Hi Mark,
My lovely wife Dawn has many qualities, unfortunately singing is not one of them. I, on the other hand, have very few qualities, and singing is not one of them, either!
Take care on the way to Blackpool, ice is forecast.
Frank

Sorry Frank,

Got to disagree there mate. As long as Dawn can wear the obligatory Lttle Black Dress and wiggle her hips, she'll be fine backing trust me!!! As for yourself, you displayed some pretty nifty footwork today, if I may say so and you are a gifted guitarist both on Rhythm and Lead and a real pleasure to play with. I really enjoy it!

Tell Dawn I've had a word with Mrs P and if we can sort out with the dogs she would be quite happy to come as well. I just need to pursuade Terry that they will behave themselves in the hall as we couldnt leave them in the car all day! Mind you getting Kevin, Brenda, Ann, Sandy & Chloe all in the car as well as the gear will be an interesting jigsaw puzzle!

Home safe now, take care, will email you some pics.
