I remember this so well...

I bought this issue of the TV Times just for this picture. It had Fantasy Island ("The plane! The plane!!") on the front cover!!!

That photo reminds me of one of the first shadows albums that I had, specifically the cover. Glittery jacket and very purple, close up on a black strat. Iam having trouble posting a pic but its this one. http://www.planetearthrecords.co.uk/the ... 6540-p.asp I loved that LP - even though the stylus always seemed to jump - was a revelation hearing Quatermasster's Stores for the first time in particular.

I assume that this was for recording of the Paul McCartney 'Rockestra' track?
