Well the run down to my 70th Birthday is fast approaching, just three days left of 69!!! What a great number that is !!........I'm sure luck of the biggest order guides ones body to old age, loads of my life long friends have sadly died along the way , some not making fifty !.......So who ever is looking down on me "Please keep it up"........To all of you that have bad times with their health, stay strong and take care of yourself's ...............Do every day what makes you happy and you can do no more.........Thanks for reading

Happy Birthday Derek have a great day !. They say you're only as old as you feel. Sadly for me, my birth certificate tells me that I am 51 yet Ifeel that I am pushing 65 and that's on a good day !

It's very kind of to offer your birthday wishes but I was only trying to say how lucky I've been in my life and sadly others have not..........As a lot of you know I have always tried to support members here that I know who have bad health, working on the First Aid Rule one: The first thing to do is......" Reassure the patient first" so if you know somebody that is having a rough time health-wise, give them a call, it will be appreciated ...
