CHESHIRE CLUB MEETING.
Posted: 29 Nov 2009, 12:56Thanks to everyone who turned up yesterday on a horrible damp and cold Saturday afternoon,Tony I think you were the star turn yesterday well done, it was alao nice to see Martin and Bev.
May I also say a BIG thankyou to Paul for helping do the mixing desk during Dan's abscence, Dan will be back in the new year to give Paul a rest, as you know Paul has not been well but has done a sterling job.
May I wish everyone all the best for Christmas and the new year and thank you all for your support, we have lost a few members this year for one reason and another however we have also attracted people to the club who have never been before so we thank them also.
As you know the Cambridge club has closed because of falling attendance, The attendance at the Cheshire club flutuates between very busy and just enough to break even, I will do my best to continue in the new year with the same entusiasm and attitude to the club even though it drives me mad sometimes.
