Hi All
I know Hank doesn't actually celebrate birthdays but many congratulations anyway, and thanks to him for many years of great music.
Cheers
Jim

Many happy returns Hank. You've given so many people so much pleasure listening to and, in my case, trying

to play your wonderful music.

I find it very odd that he doesn't recognise or celebrate birthdays. What happens when he goes to renew his drivers licence and they ask for his birthday date? Does he say, "Sorry, I don't have one". Happy birthday anyway but this JW thing is a very odd cult indeed.

This discussion has gone on for a few years now, but I doubt Hank denies his birthdate for one moment... it's just that he chooses, through his belief, not to celebrate it.

It isn't a case of being gagged, it's a case of respect for his beliefs, common sense really, but I won't hold my breath for any of that.

I agree with Hank on this one... we only have one birthday and that is the day we were born! I always felt celebrating the anniversary of your birthday to be a strange idea and one that I personally do not celebrate either. To each his own....
