You needed a sharp eye to look for any classic electrics for guitar spotting. Lonnie Donegan with the es175. Watchable I thought but not great. The trouble is they try get too many so called stars of the acoustic who normally play electric. Even talking about acoustics and showing pictures of them playing electric

sorry, I shouldn't have said that without explanation. I didn't mean the actual music or the artists, I like most of what I heard. I meant the general opinion of what I heard about acoustic guitar - statements to the effect of 'you can't be a real guitarist unless you can play acoustic guitar', oh no, it's a good job acoustic guitar was invented otherwise the world might stop turning!
