Who's who please

Hi all,

Recently I came across this postcard with the T.V. All Stars football team, which probably played against a Blackpool All Stars team in the early to mid 60s. Those charity games took place in Blackpool for several years - including as players a certain Mr. Welch and also Mr. Harris.
Unfortunately I am unable to identify the players of the pictured team individually except Jerry Lordan. The postcard has quite some signatures on the back side which might be helpful to identify them.
Can anybody help? Many thanks in advance.

Best wishes,

Ulrich

I see that the reverse of the photo carries the autograph of Jerry Lordan. The trouble is that it's difficult to conclude that he is in the picture. Certainly not in the front row.

Hi Jim,

I fully agree with you that the signatures on the back of the postcard will most likely not belong to the pictured team. It will probably be a picture of the previous year's team. My idea was that a few of the players might have played on both occasions.
Regarding Jerry Lordan, I thought that (17) might be him, but I have to agree that it is Roy Castle.
