Forthcoming: Finders Keepers on DVD

Just saw an advertisement on the Leo's Den website for "Finders Keepers" on DVD. Finally, an official release of (in my opinion) one of the better films of Cliff and The Shadows.

Agreed. This film made proper use of the Shads for the first time and they wrote all the music. Very good effort.

I have the VHS but I'll be buying the DVD for its convenience.

I just noticed this on the Facebook Shadows page. I think i'll be buying this, i've never properly seen it.
I like the Shads playing 'My Way' which is very obviously mimed!

Good news.

I went to see this film at a local Christian centre in about 1982. It was OK and the songs were great. Nice to see the Shads sharing the limelight with Cliff rather than just standing around in his, er, shadow.

I shall buy it.

I think the audio and visual quality is better on the DVD than it was on the VHS video. The sound is brighter. Also the VHS video featured some anomalies in the sound, which are absent on the DVD. The picture is also a little brighter.

I didn't have to in the end! Someone actually bought it for me!!!

I enjoyed watching it again.
