Hi folks, just the usual reminder that the next Notts Club meeting takes place on Sunday 19th April at the usual venue.

As the title says, this will be the club's 12th birthday and entry on this occasion will be free of charge.

The weather forcast is looking good and the days are getting longer so if you fancy a an afternoon of good music with good friends then why not come and join us?
All welcome as always.

So on behalf of all of us who run the club many thanks for your support over the last 12 years and we hope to see you on Sunday.

When I first put the feelers out to gauge interest in the Notts area all those years ago I wasn't expecting much of a response
but how wrong I was! (and glad to be wrong too). I suppose it just goes to show what a huge impact the Shads made on the population.

Hi Pete all those years ago at Cuckney cricket club,where's the years gone ,see you today Mac.

Had a nice couple of hours at North Notts this afternoon meeting up with some old friends. Some nice playing and at a sensible level too. Picked up a mini-Strat for our grandson, thanks Ian my missius loves it, I can buy the Hall & Collins echo now without any grief . . . .

Just a quick word to say thanks to everyone for a great afternoon celebrating the club's 12th birthday and particularly to those who have helped
R. Lass and me out during some very taxing familly problems this past week.
I won't mention names 'cos I don't want to cause embarassment and for fear of missing anyone out but you know who you are. Hopefully, things are now on the up!
