Need a (physical) copy of "Django's Castle"?

It's still available - just - on Amazon UK, price: just £42.86 (though there's a link on the page to a few more from £22.44).

I resisted buying a download when that was the only option, only investing when I was going to get a proper physical CD and a sleeve.

I cant quite understand the pricing structure on a physical copy?
For £42 odd I would expect 100 plus tracks as per a box set!!!
Even at £20 plus , its quite expensive.
Maybe just me, or am I missing a jewel/ velvet casing as part of the deal?

I got a physical copy from CDBaby and had to pay an import charge! Can't remember the total but it was something like £35.
