The video seems to be from about 1979 (maybe early 1980).

I don't recognise the person with the bass guitar at all. Mind you, he might not be playing (a handy stagehand can mime as well as anyone!).

i thinks its geoff Atherton
if i recall correctly he stood in for Alan jones on some tv appearences filmed in Holland.
