I remember this at the time - and thinking he was on the wrong programme! I'd hoped for some profound intellectual political views from Hank...

Old Portillo seemed to be enjoying it but poor old Diane Abbot, with her stony face, I honestly don't think she knew who he was!

I'm guessing that Hank keeps out of all things political. And, let's face it, living in Oz, he's probably lost touch with what's going on over here anyway.
