Had a great weekend at Scarborough. Great mates, great players, great bands, great organisation and two virtually sold out days. Thanks must go to all concerned, not least of whom is Kev. Harris who is seemingly tireless.
Thanks,also to those folks who treated themselves to the Cover Notes CD and the kind remarks about the album. (Copies still available....see my profile) There's been an overwhelming demand for backing tracks; so I guess Terry's got more work to do.
The big LegEnd news is we're having one of our Lunchtime With Legend afternoons on Sunday 17th September at Mid-day. Usual venue, and we've persuaded the management to let us have the cafe area which is smaller, but much more 'intimate' and immediate.
As always, get there early, 'cos it's always a 'sellout' (yes, it's free, but y'know what I mean) We'd love to see you, and don't forget to say 'Hello'.

Hi Mart - What a great weekend ! really enjoyed your sets ( Fentones, Legend... and all!! Lol) and as I said to Steve after videoing "The Fentone Four" which included " Life in the Jungle! " wow this is the first time I have ever heard a cover of this, in fact I've never even heard The Shadows play it live either, so that was a big plus for me.

Sent you a PM with an unlisted YT play list of the Fenton's set for pernmission from you and the other members to make it public. When I check my "sent messages" it doesn't show so not sure if you got it.. please let me know..
