Interesting review, particularly the slightly misleading statement: 'including Hank Marvin's guitar solo number Cavatina, which was used as the theme song for the US movie, The Deer Hunter.'

Your description of this review as 'interesting' was very charitable.
IMHO it was written by someone who hasn't a clue about 'our' music.
I'll be hoping for a much more informed exposition on future NZ concerts.
Only two more sleeps until March 1 in Christchurch - I'm quite excited!

John - I agree that the writer made a few errors - but it was a pretty 'warm' review - which is to be welcomed - and no sniping at cliff for a change.
