For anybody interested and has not seen details in the 'Club Area' - details of our first meeting are as follows (Many thanks to the good people at the Surrey meeting on Friday who expressed their good wishes and committment to support us)

Seaford Constitutional Club
2:00 - 6:00 pm
Crouch Lane
Seaford, East Sussex
BN25 1PU

Seaford is on the A259 east of Brighton, just beyond Newhaven (maps attached)

Until we can guage how many and who in the way of 'live' backliners we can muster, the first meeting will be backing tracks only. A full PA will be set up along with two gutiar systems - Vox AC30 + EFTP Q2 and Vox AC30 + TVS3 (we have a few Cliff BTs without vocals and lead guitar for any vocalists - please contact us for details)

The bar is open all day and we will advise on the availability of food.

We look forward to seeing you.

Kind regards,

Ray Field, Simon Underwood & Terry Bryant

Hi Terry

Sadly, we have a full rehearsal on that Sunday this month so won't be able to make it but are determined to support you at future meetings. Hope you have a ball.

All the best
Chris

Ray and I had a full dress rehearsal of the set up for next Sunday and it sounded good - so it looks like being a good first meeting now we know which leads have to be re-soldered!

There seems to be some interest from the natives, members of the Constitutional Club who said they would come along to listen and the catering manager said he has more bookings than usual for Sunday lunch so maybe there are some of you making a day of it.

We have most BTs on CD but bring your own if you want to make sure, especially if they are not the well known ones, Derek!

We look forward to seeing you. All details can be found in the Club Area (click above) under Sussex Shadows.

Kind regards,
Terry
