Last night the Foottappers and Damien put on a fantastic show at the Derby Guildhall which was packed to capacity.

This band just gets better and better every time I go to see them. New additions to their repertoire were appreciated by the audiance particularly a Beatles number. They included vocals which harmanised very well to.

I chatted to Adrian their new excellent bass player after the show, who told me how he was a little nervous to start with as can be expected being only his second stage performance, but he was soon into the swing of thing of things and his performance was outstanding.

A great night lads thanks, not forgeting the two guys behind the scenes Steve & Jim.

Steve.

Unfortunately I could not make it to see the Foottappers at the 'Guldhall last week. Good to see Adrian on Bass - I believe he's a little older than the rest of the lads, but it does'nt show - probably drinks from the same "fountain of youth" as Cliff!

Best Wishes

Tony

Only a drummer would ask this question.
What kit is Tim using?

Tony / Steve.
You did miss an excellent night Tony but there's always another time, they have a very full calender at the moment (see their web site)

Nice to see the pictures Steve, I would have liked to have taken my camera to get some pictures, could have got away without flash on an high ISO as I was only on the 3rd row from the front. But I suppose rules are rules.

Steve.

Why do you wish, you were that age again?
Who need school and homework, when you can be satisfied with music :-))

Hi Ron,
I was using my TAMA Rockstar kit, with a newly bought Pearl Masters Premium Birch Snare (with the gold lugs)
Its a great kit, but hopefully one day (after a lot more gigs) I will be able to afford a Silver Sparkle Lugwig :)
Hope this answers your question
Tim
