They both must be expecting to lose the election: they seem to be practising for the Shadow Cabinet!

Which one will turn a "Frightened City" into a "Wonderful Land" or help to "Find me A Golden Street". Can anyone promise that afer voting them in that we will be "Feelin Fine"?

Here is a incident that happened in Shanghai aboard a Blue Funnel Ship in 1964.
From early morning, following the 0700 gathering of ships crew to listen to selected thoughts of Chairman Mao (snigger at your peril) the PA system on the wharf was blasting out the toughts of chairman Mao. This went on until about 2200 hrs.
One of the Deck Officers decided to put 'The Frightened City ' on at full blast through the ships PA. One of the Red Guards not happy with such a display of disrespect decided to investigate further and on learning what the title was lost no time in arresting the 4th Mate and he was jailed for the duration of the ships visit, (3 days). Around the same time another Mate was arrested for marking the positions on the buoys in the approach channel. He was accused of being an RN spy and spent considerably longer in jail several years I beleive.
