A couple of months ago I answered an ad, which I saw on this website for the job of lead guitarist with Quiff & The Shades. This is our first gig on Saturday - it's the singer's first gig also. Anyone at a loose end this Saturday who lives near the venue might like to come along - the admission's only £2.00.

Hope that goes well for you all, I was a little late in seeing that advert from the band, looking for lead guitarist. Otherwise I would have chased after the post myself.

Yes, Anthony - it's a labour of love for me. I live in Essex and it's a 102-mile round-trip to the rehearsals in Keston, Kent although as long as the Dartford Crossing's okay, it's only an hour's journey either way.
