There were 6 JMI amps on the tour. Bruce had a main one and a spare on stage and a spare backstage. Hank had a main and a second amp ( just used in the tremolo tunes-which is why both amps are miked up) and a spare backstage. The same amps were used for the whole world tour and all 100% reliable so the spare ones were never used. JJ

Hi Any Information On the JMI Bass Stack That was Supplied For Mark griffiths?
was it ever used?i cant find any pictures of it on stage or any mention of it in reviews etc?
The general opinion seems to be he used the AER Bass cube Di'd into The Mixing desk /PA System etc.

regards
Jay

As you say Mark used his bass cube for the whole show and it was taken via a DI to the FOH and Monitor desks.
However there was a JMI bass speaker cabinet ( the amp was never used) under the front of the drum riser which was connected only during the 2 Shadows sets while Mark was off his riser and downstage in his dancing trousers! JJ

Hi Jay,

Last time I saw the Rapiers May this year, Nathan had an AC30 speaker cab with 2 by 12's (can't remember which) and a Crate amp head behind the cab driving the speakers.

During the Final Reunion tour, Brian Bennett was using a DW drum kit...

Reunion Tour 2009.
What is the logo for DW Drums, I have watched the DVD numerous times and can only see the Crown logo on Brians Drums which is the Pearl logo ?
or at least thats what I thought it was. Do the manufactors DW have a similar logo as I have never heard of DW. ??

The DW logo is just that - DW - The crown that you see isn't the Pearl logo, it's probably the REMO drum head logo.Google it and you will see.

Yes Dave I looked up the crown logo and as you say it does belong to Remo so did Brian Bennett play Remo Drums on the 50th Anniversary tour, because
on the DVD the close up camera shots show the Crown very clearly
